American Falcon Moving Company LLC provides professional moving and relocation services to residential and commercial customers in the Dallas–Fort Worth area and surrounding regions. We also operate an automated SMS dispatch system to coordinate crew members and contractors for job assignments.
SMS Communications
American Falcon Moving Company LLC operates an automated SMS dispatch system to notify registered crew members of available jobs. By registering your phone number with us, you explicitly consent to receive automated SMS communications related to job dispatch notifications, scheduling updates, and other operational communications relevant to your role.
These messages may include job availability notifications, estimated hours, service type, general job location, compensation rate, and claim links. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this system.
We implement security measures to protect your information and ensure that it is only accessed by authorized personnel within our organization and our verified SMS delivery provider.

- To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message. It is important that you follow this process to ensure your preferences are respected. You will receive one final confirmation and no further messages will be sent

Eligibility
Participation in our SMS dispatch program is limited to registered crew members and contractors who have provided their phone number directly to American Falcon Moving Company LLC as part of the onboarding process. By participating, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
Crew Member Responsibilities
As a registered crew member or contractor receiving dispatch communications, you agree to:
- Provide accurate personal information during registration
- Only claim jobs you are genuinely available and qualified to complete
- Notify American Falcon Moving Company LLC as early as possible if you are unable to fulfill a claimed job
- Maintain professional conduct on all job sites
- Keep all client information strictly confidential at all times
Job Claims and Assignments
Claiming a job through our dispatch system does not constitute a guaranteed assignment. Final assignment is confirmed by American Falcon Moving Company LLC management. We reserve the right to accept or decline any claim at our discretion based on job requirements, crew qualifications, and availability.
Customer Agreements
Customers booking moving services through American Falcon Moving Company LLC agree to:
- Provide accurate information about the origin, destination, and scope of the move
- Ensure access to the property at the agreed upon time
- Honor any deposits or payment agreements made at the time of booking
- Treat crew members professionally and respectfully
Customers are informed about how their information is used and protected during dispatch communications. Customer personal information — including full name, home address, and contact details — is never shared with crew members through SMS dispatch communications. Only operationally necessary information is disclosed after a job has been formally assigned and confirmed.
American Falcon Moving Company LLC reserves the right to cancel or refuse service if these conditions are not met.
Payment
Payment terms are established at the time of booking. American Falcon Moving Company LLC accepts payment as agreed upon in the service quote. Any changes to the scope of the move that result in additional time or resources may affect the final invoice.
Limitation of Liability
American Falcon Moving Company LLC is not responsible for:
- Any delays or failures in receiving SMS messages due to carrier issues, network outages, or factors outside our control, including but not limited to any inaccuracies in the information transmitted through those communications
- Damage to items not properly disclosed or packed prior to the move
- Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control including weather, traffic, or access issues
- Loss or damage to items of extraordinary value unless declared and agreed upon in writing prior to the move
The limitation of liability described above extends fully to all SMS communications sent through our dispatch system, including any errors, omissions, or delays in message delivery that may affect crew scheduling or job assignment.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless American Falcon Moving Company LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or your violation of these Terms of Service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services or participation in our SMS program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Dallas County, Texas.
