For the safety of our movers, some things cannot be moved on our trucks. If you have a question about a particular item that you are not sure about, please contact your move coordinator to be sure.
Our crews are professionally trained to handle your goods with little risk of damage. We will secure your furniture in protective wrappings prior to moving them out of their current space. Should damage occur, your home and items will be covered by a pre-determined amount agreed upon at the time of estimation.

You must be present on your moving day to sign paperwork and show the movers exactly what needs to be moved. Once they load the truck, you will be required to do a full walk-through to make sure nothing was forgotten.
Moving times depend on a number of factors including the time of year, weather conditions, shipment size, time needed to load and unload, and the distance and direction of your new destination.
It is preferred that you contact your movers as soon as possible if you need to change your moving date. Keep in mind that your estimate may change when you adjust your moving date.
